Birch Beer Kombucha

My take on Alaskan root beer! This fun flavor is made with Thai tea, dates and this Aprils harvest of Talkeetna birch syrup. Spiced, slightly sweet, carmel notes with tang. This would be great over vanilla ice cream!

Due to our kombucha being second fermented in the bottle the contents is under pressure. Only natural carbonation here. No C02 injection ever! (Similar to champagne, open with caution over a sink or outdoors, no white carpets ;) Little scobys may be present in the bottle. This is part of second fermentation. Some people dont mind them, feel free to remove them if needed.

In order to keep the flavor integrity and to stop fermentation please KEEP REFRIGERATED

Sediment is natural and a sign of kombucha being truly raw. To incorporate turn upside down and swirl gently (DO NOT SHAKE)
