Oh how I fell in love with Talkeetna. The land, Denali and the people. I met an incredible woman who shared her black currant wild harvest with me. This Kombucha is a thank you to her. Black current with cardamom, pink pepper, rose and vanilla. This feminine flavor will give you butterflies.

Due to our kombucha being second fermented in the bottle the contents is under pressure. Only natural carbonation here. No C02 injection ever! (Similar to champagne, open with caution over a sink or outdoors, no white carpets ;) Little scobys may be present in the bottle. This is part of second fermentation. Some people dont mind them, feel free to remove them if needed.
In order to keep the flavor integrity and to stop fermentation please KEEP REFRIGERATED
Sediment is natural and a sign of kombucha being truly raw. To incorporate turn upside down and swirl gently (DO NOT SHAKE)
